What is the catch?
There is no catch. SMS2Lead is a free application and can be installed directly from Salesforce Appexchange. Follow the steps for configuring the application and configuring Twilio for sending and receving messages.
What does it cost?
SMS2Lead is free. However Twilio will charge you for sending and receiving messages. The messaging costs are very nominal, 2 cents for every message sent or received. Check the Twilio site for latest pricing details.
Can SMS2Lead used internationally?
Not at this time. Twilio only provides full sms/text capability for US and Canada, which means dedicated numbers for incoming SMS are only available in the US and Canada. However you can send messages to any country, please check the Twilio site for rates to other countries.
Can we have new features added to the application or integrate it with other applications?

Yes, we plan to. Depending on the feedback we receive, we will be adding new modules and enhancing existing modules. Can I set up SMS2Lead for an existing number?
Yes, Twilio can port any number you have to thier platform and provision the nuumber for text messaging. Please contact the Twilio team to make arrangements for the transfer. Twilio says that it usually takes 3-4 weeks for a transfer.
Are you affiliated with Twilio?
No, just like Salesforce, Twilio is a independent service and we have no affiliation with them. We merely use thier API to integrate Salesforce with Twilio for text messaging.
